Thank-you for purchasing a Gardens of Italy quality product. We would like to make installation procedures as easy as possible for you with this installation pamphlet,so that you can enjoy this magnificent water feature in your own setting.
- Level area for the dam and install the dam.
- Cement the Six Sided Base (12) in the middle if the dam, making sure the groove faces away from the main approach of the fountain.
- Push hose through from bottom of the bird bath. Cement the bird bath to the base.
- When placing the Boy with Fish (61), the hose should only extend one third of the height of the boy. Silicone seal the hose to the inside of the bird bath to prevent water flowing down the middle of the bird bath when it has water in. Also Silicone seal the hose to the inside of the boy to prevent backflow down the inside. The boy can now be cemented into place.
- After the cement has set the joints can be smoothed off and wrapped in wet sponge or felt as well as plastic to aid the curing process. The wrapping should be left on for 24 hours, after which the joints can be painted over.
- Connect the hose and hide the pump within the dam.
