Thank you for purchasing a Gardens of Italy quality product. We would like to make installation as easy as possible for you with this installation pamphlet, so that you can enjoy this magnificent water feature in your own setting.

    Installation :

  1. Firstly the centre of the dam must be found, together with the help of a qualified electrician, in order for the correct planning to be done for the wiring of the pump. N.B. Remember the ground must be compacted to make sure the fountain stands level.
  2. Your waterproof connecting box must be placed in the centre of the Agrigento Base (589), and from this box to the electrical point a conduit pipe must be run.
  3. Cement the Agrigento Big Bowl (587) onto the Agrigento Base (589), making sure it is level.
  4. Feed the pump wire through the Agrigento Big bowl (587) and Base (589), leaving enough slack (+-10-20cm) and then silicone seal at both top and bottom. Place pumphousing (624) over pump.
  5. On the outlet of the pump attach 1,2m hose pipe to it.
  6. Slide the hose pipe through the Agrigento Medium bowl (586) and then place the Agrigento Small bowl (585) ontop, also sliding the hose pipe through it. Cement can be used to attach the bowl bases together permanently. N.B. Make sure the bowls are standing even.
  7. To prevent a dripping effect and obtain a smoother flow, transparent pipes can be fitted to the side spouts.
  8. Before the top part goes on, cut the hose off at +-5cm from the small bowl and silicone seal the pipe at the top of the small bowl. This will prevent a backflow of water.
  9. Place Agrigento Top part (584) onto Agrigento Small bowl (585) and silicone seal it to avoid side leakage.
  10. Wrap all cemented joints in wet sponge or felt as well as plastic to aid the curing process.
  11. Do not use fountain for +-24hrs, until the silicone and cement are completely dry.
